What information do we collect from you?
To provide and improve Abrecode’s wide range of services, we collect several types of information:
Account data: When registering for an Abrecode account (for training, project submission, or using cloud services), we collect your contact details including your name, email address, national ID or equivalent, phone number, and the necessary addresses for payment processing, service delivery, and authentication. By submitting any personal or legal information, you affirm that you own or have permission to provide such data.
Programming and recruitment profiles: For developers registering in Abrecode’s job and project platforms, we collect resumes, educational backgrounds, technical skills, portfolios, requested rates, and work preferences.
Website and platform visitors: As with most websites, when visiting Abrecode sites or platforms, we store data such as IP addresses, system configuration details, URLs of visited pages, and your regional and language preferences.
Cookies and similar technologies: Abrecode uses cookies and other authorized data-gathering technologies to understand your interactions with our websites, improve user experience, and assist marketing efforts. You can control cookies via your browser’s privacy settings.
Interactive sections: Abrecode may establish forums, comment areas, Q&A sections, or other interactive spaces. Any information shared within these areas will be readable and collected.
Logged data (cloud infrastructure and hosting): Abrecode processes end-user data on behalf of its clients (such as hosted website owners). This includes user logins and usage of client domains or sites. Logged information may include IP addresses, system configurations, and traffic data to/from websites, tools, apps, or client networks.
Event and course participants: When you participate in Abrecode events, webinars, training sessions, or user-experience researches, we collect personal details such as name, phone number, email, and opinions or data shared during participation.
Audio and video: When contacting Abrecode’s customer voice or support services, or participating in visual studies/interviews, we may request permission for recording, which only occurs upon your approval.
Abrecode has no technical capability to collect encrypted traffic or content and will never attempt to do so. During SSL Offloading processes, all actions occur legally with the user’s authorized private key without any illegal data interception.
When does Abrecode’s Privacy Policy not apply?
This policy does not apply in the following cases:
Third-party services: Domains, websites, APIs, applications, and networks provided by third parties have their own privacy policies. Abrecode holds no responsibility for these third parties and recommends reviewing their policies before using their services.
User content: Due to Abrecode’s use of Reverse Proxy and cloud infrastructure technologies, our IP addresses may appear in WHOIS and DNS records for websites using our services. Thus, responsibility for transmitted content (like images, texts, and graphics) through our network rests solely with Abrecode’s customers and their end users.
Service Credits for Breach of Service-Level Agreement (SLA)
Abrecode commits to every possible effort to maintain monthly uptime for each thirty-day period across all “Abrecode” services (including cloud infrastructure, education platform, and project platform), except in cases of specific limitations.
In case of service disruption (excluding limitation cases), compensation will be calculated based on downtime relative to thirty days of total uptime and credited to the user’s account according to the relevant fee and Service-Level percentage tables.
How do we use collected information?
By registering with Abrecode and using our services, you authorize Abrecode to receive, analyze, and process incoming requests from you and your end users, prevent potential attacks, and transmit filtered content to main servers or related platforms. Here’s how and where the data is used:
Service provision and improvement: Delivering, managing, maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing services for all our global users, including software development, educational platforms, project systems, and cloud services.
Transaction management: Processing and completing transactions and sharing purchase-related data, invoices, project payments, and service fees.
Customer support: Responding to feedback, questions, and requests and providing efficient customer support.
Notifications: Sending technical notices, updates, security alerts, and service-related support messages.
Marketing and communication: Sending commercial communications such as product updates, features, surveys, newsletters, offers, improvements, competitions, and events related to Abrecode or its partners.
Legal and security compliance: Fulfilling legal obligations and preventing fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, phishing, or spam.
Personalized experience: Tailoring websites and services to your preferences and interests (e.g., suggesting relevant courses or job opportunities matching your skills).
Logged end-user data: Abrecode processes logged data from end users (in cloud services) to fulfill contractual obligations within legally permitted frameworks.
Security: Abrecode employs advanced technologies to safeguard your data against unauthorized access or misuse. However, Abrecode’s data protection responsibilities are strictly bound by its official “Service-Level Agreement (SLA)” and “Terms of Service.” It assumes no responsibility beyond those documents. Using Abrecode’s security services means acknowledging Abrecode’s legal data collection and processing responsibilities.
With whom do we share your information?
Abrecode collaborates with various companies and organizations to operate its global business. These service providers assist with customer support, payment processing, marketing, platform development, and overall service improvement. Abrecode strictly prohibits providers from selling or using shared user data for their own marketing or unrelated purposes. Any disclosure remains legally the sole responsibility of the entity making it.
In addition to sharing information with service providers, we may share your data under specific circumstances:
Abrecode community: Within Abrecode support groups, forums, or project platforms, when permitted by privacy policy and your consent.
Developers and employers: When developers publish apps in Abrecode’s cloud marketplace or when resumes are shared with registered employers (subject to developer consent).
Corporate restructuring: In cases of mergers, sales, or organizational changes of all or part of Abrecode; before transferring any data, you will be notified and given options to continue or exit services.
Legal obligations: When responding to subpoenas, regulations, or judicial orders, Abrecode must legally disclose certain user data. Such disclosures are periodically documented in Abrecode’s transparency reports.
International storage: Abrecode stores your data securely on servers worldwide. To enhance performance and service quality, data may be transferred globally, including to countries where Abrecode operates, ensuring full protection across all regions.
What rights and choices do you have under the Privacy Policy?
Due to the sensitivity of service data, strong identity verification is required when registering with Abrecode to confirm that information belongs to legitimate account owners. If you request access for others, Abrecode will assess the request based on privacy law and potential risk.
You have the right to access, correct, update, and, in some cases, request deletion of your personal data. Contact us via support@abrecode.com for any access or correction requests. Account holders (students, developers, employers) may also edit or update their data via the user dashboard.
Data deletion: Automatic account deletion or deactivation is not currently available, but you may request deletion via email to support@abrecode.com. Requests will be reviewed and processed according to applicable regulations.
How can you withdraw your data access or subscriptions?
If you prefer not to receive promotional messages or marketing emails, please use the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email. If you are an Abrecode customer, you can also manage this from your account dashboard or email support@abrecode.com. Please note that Abrecode sends important transactional and service-related notices via email, and full unsubscription may affect receiving necessary notifications.
